This type of lymphoma is frequently associated with the translocation 10q24/14q11, and a cluster of minigenes of alpha-peptide of the T cell receptor Ti component is located in 14q11. Therefore, these genes are supposed to be involved in the pathogenesis of this lymphoma; see also FAM:TCR1AD/14q112." |
