[1] TCP1-like genes localization is mentioned in: (1) Willison-1987, which reports on three TCP pseudogenes, but only two are mapped (GEM:07p1/TCP1L1 and GEM:05^/TCP1L2); (2) Fonatsch-1987, which indicates as possible locations 1q, 3p, 10q, 15q, and 20p (but, basing on the chi-square test, as the authors did, a location 12p must be added). Till now, all those data have not been confirmed.
[2] Two TCP genes (probably coding ones) are located in chromosome 6q (GEM:06q2/TCP1; GEM:06q2/TCP10A)."
